Ben is a qualified automotive mechanic with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. With a passion for cars, motorsport, basketball, family and local products including seeking local services. Ben is proud to live in Bathurst and the Central West.

Ben is continuously involved in the community and sponsors several local organisations.

Brakepro is consistently improving systems and making sure him and his team are continually learning within the industry. Ben’s number 1 focus is to ensure the customer receives the best advice and parts.

  • Hi, my name is Ben Falcke and I am the owner of Brakepro Bathurst. My first ever car was a Mitsubishi Sigma. 

  • My current everyday driver is a Toyota Prado. You can’t beat Toyota’s for reliability ;).

  • A typical day as a spare parts interpreter…. Fast paced, challenging and rewarding. 

    My day usually start’s at 7:30 am with paperwork including setting my daily tasks and the teams before the we open at 8:30 am. From open until close at 5:00 pm we’re either answering phones, helping customers, delivering orders or ordering in parts to meet our customers needs and demands.

  • All of them, I am the boss! Haha! I deal with whatever the team cannot handle or get to. We try and not let our phones ring any longer then 2 rings. We’re customer focused and try to give the best parts at the best price.

  • Customer service, highest integrity, technical advice and staying locally owned.

  • Tough question but one that stands out in my mind is the 2015, delayed race! That’s where the track had broken up into pieces.
